Synapse Cloud is in private preview. SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress; expected report H2 2026.

OSS posture

Synapse OSS is self-hosted. You own your data, your secrets, and your network boundary. We commit to: TLS for transport, encrypted database backends (Postgres or SQLite, your choice), and automatic PII redaction on ingest into MonitorPipeline.

Cloud commitments

Synapse Cloud commits to: TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, single-tenant isolation per workspace, key management via cloud-provider KMS, automatic PII redaction at the ingest boundary.
